Fifteen years turning ambitious ideas into things that actually happen on time, on brand, and on budget — from festival main stages and PR stunts to Fortune 500 global summits. Equal parts logistics brain, creative partner, and calm voice in the room when the show is about to start.
Currently, Adam is an Executive Producer at Wilson Dow, a boutique Chicago production agency, where he leads technical theater production for large-scale internal corporate events — product launches, sales kickoffs, and global summits for clients across tech, pharma, CPG, and, occasionally, the cruise industry. Think content production, choreographed theatrical performances, and no small amount of CEO-whispering.
Before crossing into the corporate world, Adam spent 7+ years climbing the ranks at Mosaic Sales Solutions, promoted from Associate Producer to Producer to Senior Producer while running experiential programs for Anheuser-Busch and Bacardi portfolio brands — festival tours, rum rooms, and branded stunts across the country. When COVID shut the festival circuit down, he pivoted a 21-event live production slate into an all-digital content operation, selling over $5M in new virtual/content business and getting promoted twice in the process.
Off the clock: sailboat owner, big-mountain snowboarder, lifelong skateboarder, wakeboarder, self-described "wannabe surfer," two-dog household, and a former University of Colorado men's soccer player who never fully lost the team-sport instinct — useful, it turns out, for running a production crew.
Sales & logistics roots that turned into a production career — and never really stopped being about people, budgets, and getting the room ready on time.
